This Privacy Policy explains how the Mr. Lube Training App (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects information for employees at participating Mr. Lube franchise locations. This App is intended for internal training and communication only.

• Employee role (manager, supervisor, trainee)
• Training progress and task completion
• Notes and feedback submitted by managers or supervisors

How Information Is Used

Information is used only for:

• Training and onboarding employees
• Tracking training progress and completion
• Communication between staff, managers, and supervisors

No information is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or marketing.

Data Storage

All data is securely stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore). Access is restricted to authorized employees, managers, and administrators at participating Mr. Lube franchise locations.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Firebase Authentication and Firestore to manage login, user accounts, and training data. These services store information only to support the App’s internal functionality.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 and is for internal use only by approved employees.

Data Access & Removal

Employees may request access to or removal of their training data by contacting their store’s management or human resources representative.
